The Upper School of Thomas Heyward Academy cultivates and strengthens the skills and attributes taught in Lower School. Our Upper School is as diverse as the number of its members. Each of them is encouraged to develop and mature as an individual while considering the whole community. This is accomplished through involvement in athletics, academic clubs, and community service projects. Students are offered the best in math, science, languages, and history as well as the creative process through art and journalism.
Through thoughtful and careful instruction, our students are prepared for college and life experiences that will motivate them to become involved citizens and leaders beyond graduation.
