On Tuesday, March 13th the K3 class did an egg drop to go along with their lesson on Humpty Dumpty. Teacher Mrs. Trish Bryan sent home zip-lock bags for students to stuff with their choice of filling. Student Brayden Robinson told us he chose to fill his bag with cotton balls. The goal was to have enough cushioning to stop the eggs from breaking. “We decorated a shelf to match the look of the wall in Humpty Dumpty,” Mrs. Bryan told us. Each student was given a boiled egg to put in their bag and the experiment began. In the end, seven of the nine eggs cracked.
