THA Booster Club

The Booster Club is made of parents and friends of Thomas Heyward Academy.  The main purpose of the Booster Club is to assist the school with the cost of all sports:  Football, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Golf.

In the past we have worked concession stands, had dinners, raffled items, paid for a new gym floor and helped with our beautification of Rebel Field and last but not least, put together our football program. 

We earn money to support the sports programs of the school the hard way, by working.  Even though we do not have as large of group of people as we could, we have the best.  They get the job done and enjoy doing it.               

In the past we have purchased:  cameras, projectors, TV's, sprinklers, uniforms, equipment, video equipment and helped feed our teams.  Our goal for each year is the All Sports Banquet.  This is our way of recognizing all students who have participated in sports.  Each student who puts forth effort is recognized.

We, the Booster Club, are proud of our school, students and faculty.  We are proud to say we are the members of the Thomas Heyward Academy Booster Club.  Why don't you come join us?  We meet the first Monday of each month in the Library at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
