NEW STUDENT FEE SCHEDULE -- GRADES K4-12 -- 2024-2025

*Please note that all tuition and fees are payable through Facts.*

ENROLLMENT FEE: $150.00 - Payable at the time of acceptance (after testing).

TESTING FEE: $50.00 - Payable at the time of testing.

BUILDING FUND FEE: $350.00 per student - Payable when the student is accepted.
Must be paid before the student is officially enrolled.

YEARLY START-UP FEE: $350.00 - This fee is due in September. 

ATHLETIC FEE: $100.00 for each student per sport played except
$75.00 for B-Team volleyball & basketball, and $25.00 for cheerleaders and skeet team
members. This fee must be paid before participation for athletes in Grades 5 - 12.
WITHDRAWAL FEE: $100.00. Must be paid before records can be released.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $35.00 per check returned for all returned checks.

CONVENIENCE FEE: 2.95% of the total charged for all debit/credit card transactions.

FAILED ACH FEE: $30.00 per failed bank transfer through FACTS.

LATE FEE: Tuition is due by the 15th of each month. After the last day of each month
each family account will incur a fee of $40.00.

*Grades K1/K2/K3: $6,900 ($575/month for 12 payments) 
Grade K4: $4,980 ($425/month for 12 payments) 
Grades K5-7: $6,360($530/month for 12 payments) 
Grades 8-12: $6,420($535/month for 12 payments)

The following discounts will apply if a family has 3 or more children in the same household: 
3rd child - $1500 Discount
4th child - $5000 Discount
Please note 3rd and 4th child discounts are only available for students in K5 - 12th grade.

Please note that students will be suspended if tuition accounts are overdue.
Copies of birth certificates, a current and correct SC Immunization form, and a copy of
their social security card must be on file in the school office before school starts.
Please Note: No monies (Fees, Tuition, etc..) are refundable.
